Size & width guide
Two-thirds of fit complaints are width, not length. Spend five minutes measuring and you'll order the right pair first time.
Measure your feet at home
- Measure late in the day, wearing the socks you'll pair with the shoes.
- Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure heel-to-mark in cm.
- Repeat for the other foot and use the longer measurement.
- Add 0.6–1cm of toe room, then match to the tables below.

Understanding widths
| Our label | Letter width | How it should feel |
|---|---|---|
| Narrow | AA / A (women), B (men) | Foot sits inside the insole edge with room at the sides. |
| Medium | B (women), D (men) | The standard fit most styles are built on. |
| Wide | D (women), EE (men) | Extra volume across the forefoot; good for bunions. |
| Extra Wide | EE+ (women), EEEE (men) | Maximum forefoot room, often with a deeper toe box. |
Kids' sizing
Children's feet grow roughly half a size every three months up to age four. Leave a thumb's width of room at the toe and re-measure each season. Sizes ending in "C" are toddler; "Y" is youth.
