1. Agreement

By accessing this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential.

3. Products and availability

Product images and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but colours vary between screens and makers occasionally change materials or lasts. All items are subject to availability. If an item sells out after you order, we'll notify you and refund it in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch and to cancel affected orders with a full refund. Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards and the digital wallets shown at checkout.

5. Orders and cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where a pricing error occurred. You may cancel before dispatch by contacting us.

6. Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our shipping policy for options and timings.

7. Returns

Your statutory rights are unaffected. Our voluntary 60-day return window and its conditions are set out in the returns & refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or improper care, and alterations by third parties are not covered.

9. Health and fit disclaimer

Our fitting advice is offered in good faith and is not medical advice. If you have a diagnosed foot condition, diabetes or circulatory issues, please consult a qualified clinician before changing footwear.

10. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, resell or republish site content, interfere with the site's operation, or submit reviews or messages that are unlawful, misleading or abusive.

11. Intellectual property

All site content, including text, imagery, layout and logos, belongs to Sporty Footies or its licensors and may not be used without written permission. Brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Santa Clara County have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
